Singapore

Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass holders entering Singapore with a travel history to Australia within the 21 days before departure for Singapore, will be subject to a COVID-19 (PCR) test on arrival, a seven day Stay Home Notice (SHN) at their place of residence, and a COVID-19 (PCR) test before the end of the SHN period. Short-term travellers holding an Air Travel Pass (ATP) with travel history to Australia within the 21 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore. New entry approvals for Singapore have been reduced or halted until further notice for all long term pass holders with travel history to higher-risk countries/regions. This includes all countries/regions, except Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China and New Zealand. If you’ve been in any country in the past 21 days, other than Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Mainland China, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, you’ll be required to serve 14 days quarantine at designated facilities and will need to present a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure for Singapore (see ‘Travel’).

We continue to advise:

Do not travel to Singapore due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel.
