If you’re entering Tanzania from or transiting through Uganda or DRC, you must complete a health surveillance form online or on arrival. If you’re entering Zanzibar, you’ll need to complete an online health surveillance form within 24 hours before your arrival (see ‘Travel’). You must present proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations with a QR code when you enter Tanzania. If you’re not fully vaccinated, you’ll be required to present a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test with a QR code taken within 72 hours of departure or take a COVID-19 (RAT) test on arrival.
